She caused a lot of harm to the refugees by misleading them that they will all be welcome in Europe and then backtracking by resolving to confiscate their valuables, send them back to the poor countries they come from and paying huge money to Turkey to take care of them. Obviously the UN fat cat is happy with her policy that will only create more refugees and misery. The human traffickers are happy too. Hail frau Merkel - Europe thrives under your skirt!
